Our Osteopaths will spend 40 minutes with you to provide you with an individually tailored approach to your health & wellbeing.

We will assess your movement & function and systematically test individual joints, muscles, nerves and ligaments; to determine the exact cause/s of your pain.

Then we will use gentle 'hands on' type techniques to target the actual causes of your pain and provide you with relief.


These 'hands on’ techniques include:

• Massage & muscle manipulation to relax your tight muscles
• Articulation to gently increase your joint movement
• MET to maximise your movement with gentle muscle contractions
• Gentle joint manipulations to restore your movement instantly
• Lymphatic techniques to improve your circulation

Once we’ve thoroughly assessed your problem, we can also prescribe exercises to help rectify your specific biomechanical imbalance and walk you through a tailored program, one on one.
