Erika graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. Erika enjoys working with all aspects of health and has a special interest in working with stress management, digestive health, female reproductive disorders and energetic healing. As well as training in naturopathy, Erika has been working with Reiki, an ancient energetic healing technique, and she completed her Reiki Masters training in India several years ago. Erika also works with kinesiology muscle testing where appropriate for her clients. Being trained in several modalities allows Erika to select the most appropriate approach to healing for the individual, and to combine traditional and science based naturopathic healing with energetic treatment, to achieve healing on all levels.
